Meet the Founders
Vision and Purpose:


Even though Rachel and Shane come from different backgrounds and different continents, both have similar stories.
They both became dissatisfied working for someone else, successfully made the transition from employee to entrepreneur and individually became multi-millionaires in the direct sales industry before they were 35!
These two powerful entrepreneurs owe their personal success to those who came before them in this industry. Sharing a lockstep vision, they are both committed to ensuring that there will always be a viable, lucrative homebased business opportunity in reach of the average person.
"When Shane & I first got started in the industry we didn't have any special skills or qualifications. Neither of us even made it through high school! What we did bring to the table was a burning desire to succeed! Throughout the years we have seen time and time again, the most successful distributors, those who are achieving multiple-six-figure and seven-figure results, are those who are highly motivated and have the fire in the belly that we did!"
Rachel and Shane have also taken a stand in this industry for running an ethical, positive-focused business whereby all distributors share this opportunity and market the company's products on their own merit, never by speaking poorly of others or other opportunities.
They strongly believe in the law of abundance and teach this and other powerful concepts to their distributor base. The law of abundance says that the more success those around me have, the more success I can have and that the easiest way I can win is to assist others in winning.
"Its not about fighting over who gets a piece of the pie, its about, LETS MAKE THE PIE BIGGER!!!" says Rachel.
"This is a business and success requires work; this is just a fact of life,” says Shane. "We strive everyday to ensure that anyone who gets started with this business has the real potential to succeed, and succeed big, if they are teachable and coachable, have some people skills and the basic commitment it takes to succeed at anything. Based on the results we see our distributors enjoying, it looks like we are doing a pretty good job - but we are happy to let you be the final judge of that!"

For the past three decades Gregory Strom has created and produced internationally award-winning media. From directing one of the first videos to play on MTV, to ground-breaking Super Bowl commercials, to producing animation for Pee Wee’s Playhouse, to most recently all media for Polaris Global, Strom brings exceptional quality-control and creativity to the company. His reputation as a production expert has helped guide the rapid growth of the Polaris brand.
Strom has spent as much time in the fields of personal development and entrepreneurism, including successfully running his own company. He is an advocate of the ability for people to change their lives through their own thoughts, beliefs, choices and actions. He finds the key to an inspired, satisfying life is engaged passion and always finishing the job.

To stand the test of time, a company must have a vision and a method to contribute to society in a way that everyone wins- customers, employees and society in general. It is important to note that a "company" does not contribute, individuals do. A company only has the life individuals give it. Polaris understands that it is the distributors operating their businesses at ground level that gives the company life. Therefore we are always looking for ways to recognize and reward top distributors who are investing their time, heart and sole, to build their personal enterprise and at the same time build Polaris as a company.
One way that Polaris recognizes this valuable service is by creating a "Distributor of the Month" short video showcasing top performers.

One way that Polaris provides the opportunity to give back is by creating awareness raising documentaries and donating the proceeds to related charities. These are projects that would never be funded through normal channels as these are not designed to be big money making films. Polaris has had many contributing partners in its unprecedented giving back campaign. With out the support and involvement of these people, this campaign would not have been possible.
